At Nehaar Arts, every artwork is crafted or reproduced with great care. We value your trust and strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying buying experience. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Original Hand Paintings

  • All original artworks are final sale and non-returnable.
  • Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of original hand paintings, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged.

Reprints / Prints of Original Hand Paintings

  • Reprints are eligible for return or exchange only if:
    • The item is delivered damageddefective, or
    • An incorrect item is delivered.
  • Returns for reasons such as personal preference, color variation, or size mismatch are not accepted.

2. Damage or Defect Reporting

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos and videos of:
    • The damaged area,
    • The product as received,
    • Outer packaging (including the courier label).
  • Email your report to: support@nehaararts.com (or your desired email).

Claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


3. Return & Exchange Process

Once your issue is verified:

For Damaged / Wrong Item (Reprints):

  • We will arrange a free replacement of the same product.
  • If a replacement is not possible, you may opt for:
    • full refund, or
    • An exchange for another item of equal value.

For Damaged Originals:

  • Due to the uniqueness of original artworks, replacements may not be possible.
  • In such cases, we will offer:
    • full refund, or
    • An exchange with another artwork of your choice (adjusting value if applicable).

4. Return Packaging Requirements

  • Artwork must be returned in its original packaging, including:
    • Protective sleeves,
    • Bubble wrap,
    • Certificates of authenticity (if applicable),
    • Any accessories included.
  • Items returned in improper or damaged packaging may not be eligible for refund.

5. Refund Timelines

  • Once the return is approved and the product is received back, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized paintings or personalized artwork.
  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless damaged on arrival).
  • Any item returned without prior approval from Nehaar Arts.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders for original paintings cannot be canceled once placed.
  • Orders for reprints can be canceled only within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been processed or shipped.
