Nehaar Arts sells original artworks, art prints, handcrafted items, religious and spiritual products and decorative products. Handmade items may have minor variations. Images are for reference only.
2. Pricing & Payments
All prices are in INR. Prices may change without notice. Payments are processed via third-party gateways.
3. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to errors, unavailability, or suspected fraud.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates. Ownership and risk transfer upon delivery.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Original artworks and customized items are non-returnable unless damaged. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content and artworks belong to Nehaar Arts or respective artists. Purchase does not transfer copyright.
7. User Conduct
Users must not misuse the website or upload unlawful content.
8. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the product value.
9. Governing Law
Governed by laws of India. Jurisdiction lies with courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
